We're really sorry you didn't like our coffee.
Our official returns policy in our Terms & Conditions is 21 days however if you are a few days over that's fine. We think it is more important to have happy customers than to rigidly enforce our policies.
Please email us at email@example.com with your order number and the reason you want to return the coffee. We will refund you for your most recent order within 30 days. We will not ask you to return the coffee to us.
You can cancel your subscription immediately here. There is no minimum commitment.
