Our main passion is coffee. We live and breathe the stuff! From the first espresso in the morning to that 3 o’clock pick-me-up, life is much better with good coffee!

Can I edit my plan?

Yes, easily! Go to your account where you can edit the coffee type, grind type, frequency of delivery, address or payment method. You can even pause or skip deliveries!

How much coffee should I use to make the perfect cup?

Check out our brew guides page. It lists the exact amount of coffee you should use for each brewing style. Eg, we recommend 3 heaped teaspoons of coffee for a mini cafetière. This information is also included within the Intro to Coffee booklet you received with your first order.

Which plan do I need?

Each 250g bag of coffee makes approximately 15 cups of coffee. Adjust your plan accordingly based on the number of drinkers and the level of your caffeine cravings.

Do I receive the same type of coffee every order or a variety?

Yes, we’ll keep sending you the same coffee every order (e.g. House Blend if you’re on the House Blend plan).

Do you sell decaf coffee and what decaffeination process do you use?

We have one decaf in our range, it is a medium roasted blend of beans from Ethiopia, Brazil, Papua New Guinea & Indonesia. We use the swiss water process which is a natural way of decaffeinating the beans where the water is stripped of its caffeine by percolation through activated charcoal.

Do I need to be in to receive this delivery?

No! Your coffee bag will be delivered in a letterbox friendly envelope, so you don’t need to worry about being home to receive it.

When is my next delivery due?

You can view your subscription(s) from your account page. View an individual subscription to see your upcoming delivery dates under the Upcoming Shipping Dates section.

I’ve run out of coffee, what shall I do?

Go to your account page and view your subscription. Under the ‘Plan Details’ heading, click edit then you can edit the frequency of your plan, eg from every 14 days to every 7 days. You will then see your updated upcoming shipment date at the bottom of the page.

How long should delivery take?

Our coffee is sent out with Royal Mail by either Royal Mail 48 or Royal Mail 24, if you upgraded to faster delivery. You will have received a confirmation email when your order was shipped with an estimated delivery date. We estimate that Royal Mail 48 should take 2-5 working days to arrive and Royal Mail 24 should take 1-2 working days to arrive. If you have not received your order please contact us.

Is your coffee ethically sourced?

All our coffee is ethically sourced by trusted green importers in the UK. This means the farmers are paid a higher price than fair trade prices as they are rewarded for the quality of their coffee. We are currently planning a long term option of sourcing directly from farms and developing long term relationships and projects with farmers.

I don’t like the coffee I received, what shall I do?

We’re really sorry to hear the coffee wasn’t for you! Don’t worry, we’ve got a wide selection of coffees in our range. Go to your account and under the 'Plan Details' header click 'edit', you can then change the coffee type, grind type or frequency then click confirm to update your plan. Alternatively, click the 'cancel subscription' button within your account.
