What you'll need
- Espresso machine
- 18g or 3 heaped teaspoons of Fresh ‘Bean to Door’ Coffee
- Kitchen Scales (optional)
- A grinder (optional)
Start off by making sure you have a clean and dry basket.
Grind 18g of coffee super fine - We recommend investing in a good burr grinder to ensure you have the freshest and tastiest results.Using a tamper, press the coffee down in an even manner.
Insert the group handle into the coffee machine. Place a cup and scales underneath and press the button.
The espresso shot should take approx 27 seconds to come out and should weigh 36g.
Voilà! A perfect double espresso.
